The Sinrex product does not contain the most powerful male enhancement ingredient available, Yohimbe. Therefore it is a good product to try if you have been advised not to take Yohimbe by a physician. Our main put-off with Sinrex was their guarantee claim. The guarantee is for 90 days, which is good but not the best, that honor still belongs to Extagen. Also they do not return your shipping and handling fee which can be as much as $20 to $45!!
