After the hugely successful movie Austin Powers, most people aware of the penis enlargement pump. All kidding aside, the penis pump is one of the original penis enlargement devices available. The pump is a cylinder that is placed over the penis that has a manual or automatic mechanism for creating suction on the penis. From the vacuum that is created around the penis, blood is drawn into the penis which causes it to swell.
