On first glance BigPRX looks like a solid company, they're website is professionally designed and is easy to navigate. Information is shown very clearly and is well presented. However once you look more closely several alarm bells immediately went off. The BigPRX guarantee which is prominently displayed all over the site is listed as 90 days Based on our industry wide reviews, this is a little bit above average but wait the devil lies in the details. Clicking on the small Guarantee / Return details lists an incredible restrictive and non consumer friendly deal. The below is directly from the BigPRX web site:

It actually gets worse, they go on to say:

Upon completion of this form, if you meet the proper criteria, documentation will be sent to you containing a return number. You then must return the product to us along with this documentation and the original packing slip to receive your refund. You are responsible for the return of your product, both in terms of shipping costs and shipping method. Once we can verify receiving the returned product a refund will be issued by the same method the original payment was made. Cloud Nine Lifestyle LLC reserves the right to deny any returns or refund requests which do not meet our criteria.

BigPRX scores for actually having the worst, most restrictive return policy we have ever seen! We hesitate even calling it a guarantee it is that bad.

As for the product itself, it is quite unfortunate that the guarantee is so awful as the product contains well known and useful ingredients. How well the tablet's blend works is anyone's guess. We were also most dismayed to see logos such as the BBB and Trust E used on their order page without authorization. These logos when properly used show on mouse rollover/click a verification script from the BBB and Trust E that is not present here. Clearly they just copied and pasted the logos and put them here.

We cannot give any recommendation to a product that places such a burden on their customers if they need to make a return.
